Basketball Recap: Rayville Now 8-2 over Last Ten Games

Ferriday typically has all the answers at home, but on Friday Rayville proved too difficult a challenge. They secured a 69-64 W over the Ferriday Trojans. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Hornets also won the last time the pair played back in January of 2024.

Rayville has also been performing well recently as they've won eight of their last ten matches, which provided a nice bump to their 9-12 record this season. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 69.6 points per game. As for Ferriday, their defeat ended a four-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 18-7.

When Rayville and Ferriday next hit the court, they'll be up against teams who recently just can't seem to lose. Rayville will try to stop Madison's three-game winning streak when the meet at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Rayville is looking to tack on another W to their four-game streak on the road. Similarly, Ferriday will challenge Ouachita Christian and their three-game winning streak at 6:00 p.m. on Monday.
