Soccer Recap: Four Straight Home Wins for Aberdeen

For some reason, the away team has come away with the win the last five times Aberdeen and Black Hills have met, but the home crowd finally got their W on Tuesday. The Bobcats skirted past Wolves 2-1. Given Aberdeen's advantage in MaxPreps' Washington soccer rankings (they are ranked 68th, while Black Hills are ranked 205th) , the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Aberdeen pushed their record up to 10-2 with the victory, which was their fourth straight at home. As for Black Hills, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost six of their last seven matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 5-8-2 record this season.
