Basketball Game Preview: Pantego Christian Panthers vs. All S Saints

Pantego Christian hasn't had much luck against All S recently, but that could start to change on Friday. The Panthers will venture away from home to challenge the Saints at 7:30 p.m. Pantego Christian has given up an average of 57.2 points per game this season, but Friday's game will give them a chance to turn things around.

On Tuesday, Pantego Christian was within striking distance but couldn't close the gap as they fell 59-53 to Nolan Catholic. The contest marked the Panthers' lowest-scoring matchup so far this season.

Meanwhile, All S took care of business in their home opener (and then some) on Tuesday. They blew past Temple Christian 63-37. The Saints pushed the score to 58-27 by the end of the third, a deficit the Eagles cut but never quite recovered from.

Pantego Christian's loss dropped their record down to 3-3. As for All S, they pushed their record up to 1-0 with the win, which was their fourth straight at home dating back to last season.

Pantego Christian was taken down by All S 72-41 in their previous matchup back in November of 2021. That game was all but decided by halftime, at which point the Panthers were down 34-13.
