Volleyball Game Preview: Boulder Panthers vs. Poudre Impalas

The Boulder Panthers will head out to take on the Poudre Impalas at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday.

Boulder lost 3-0 to Centaurus last Thursday. The Panthers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

While Boulder was not able to make it on the board, they still kept things close, especially in the second set. The final score came out to 25-11, 25-22, 25-21.

Meanwhile, Poudre faced Fossil Ridge in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Saturday. Poudre was the clear victor by a 3-0 margin over Fossil Ridge. The victory was familiar territory for the Impalas, who have now won four games in a row.

The match came down to the wire multiple times:two sets needed extra rallies to declare a winner. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 28-26, 25-18, 26-24.

Poudre's win bumped their record up to 7-3. As for Boulder, their loss dropped their record down to 1-3.
