Davidson has gone 8-2 against Citronelle recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Friday. The Warriors will be playing in front of their home fans against the Wildcats at 6:00 p.m. Both come into the matchup bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

Davidson headed into their last game having not scored more than two runs for three straight, but Williamson let them put that streak behind them. The Warriors blew past the Lions 12-2 on Thursday. The victory was some much needed relief for the Warriors as it spelled an end to their three-game losing streak.

Meanwhile, Citronelle hadn't done well against Baker recently (they were 0-4 in their previous four matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way on Tuesday. The Wildcats came out on top against the Hornets by a score of 8-3.

Citronelle's win bumped their record up to 5-18. As for Davidson, their victory bumped their record up to 7-14.

Davidson got the 'W' in their previous meeting back in March against Citronelle by a conclusive 9-2 score. Do the Warriors have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Wildcats turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
