Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Terre Haute North Vigo). They came out on top against the Evansville Memorial Tigers by a score of 65-54 on Saturday. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Patriots.

Leading Terre Haute North Vigo to victory were Zanariae White and Sage Lanning. White went 7 for 13 on her way to 16 points and seven rebounds, while Lanning went 6 of 8 on her way to 19 points. The dominant performance gave Lanning a new career-high in points. The team also got some help courtesy of Madison Strange, who posted 12 points.

Terre Haute North Vigo has been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five contests, which provided a nice bump to their 8-9 record this season. A key ingredient in that success has been their performance when it comes to three-point shooting accuracy: their three-point shooting accuracy was 29.1% in those games and 11% outside of them. As for Evansville Memorial, they dropped their record down to 4-7 with the defeat, which was their third straight on the road.
