Garrett Memorial Christian was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their sixth straight defeat. They lost 17-5 to the Southwest Christian Academy Lions. On the bright side, the five- run performance marked the Saints' highest-scoring match to date.

Garrett Memorial Christian's loss dropped their record down to 0-6. As for Southwest Christian Academy, they have been performing well recently as they've won six of their last eight games. That's provided a nice bump to their 7-4 record this season.

Garrett Memorial Christian will challenge Trinity Christian at 3:30 p.m. on the 17th. As for Southwest Christian Academy, they have already played their next contest, a 19-10 victory against Pulaski County HomeSchool on the 11th.
