Perhaps the best among them was Layton Logan, who rushed for 246 yards and a touchdown while picking up 10.7 yards per carry. With that strong performance, Logan is now averaging an impressive 159 rushing yards per game. Another passer making a difference was Carsen Stegall, who rushed for 148 yards and two touchdowns on only ten carries.
Columbus Christian Academy dropped their record down to 1-1 with that loss, which was their sixth straight at home dating back to last season. As for Calhoun Academy, the win also got them back to even at 1-1.
