Sapulpa's defense heads into the game hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed on Thursday. They were the clear victors by a 22-0 margin over Ponca City. The Chieftains might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won four matchups by 20 points or more this season.

Meanwhile, Putnam City North lost to Bartlesville at home by a 42-28 margin on Thursday.

Sapulpa's victory bumped their record up to 5-2. As for Putnam City North, their loss was their fourth straight at home, which dropped their record down to 2-5.
