Midland Legacy has gone 9-1 against Odessa recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Friday. The Midland Legacy Rebels will head out to face off against the Odessa Bronchos at 6:00 p.m. Odessa took a loss in their last match and will be looking to turn the tables on Midland Legacy, who comes in off a win.

Last Tuesday, Midland Legacy beat San Angelo Central 42-31. Given the Rebels' advantage in MaxPreps' Texas basketball rankings (they are ranked 273rd, while the Bobcats are ranked 573rd), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Meanwhile, Odessa had to suffer through a 67-21 loss at the hands of Frenship. The Bronchos have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Midland Legacy pushed their record up to 16-12 with the win, which was their third straight on the road. As for Odessa, their defeat dropped their record down to 10-19.

Everything came up roses for Midland Legacy against Odessa in their previous matchup on January 7th, as the squad secured a 49-22 victory. The rematch might be a little tougher for Midland Legacy since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
