Basketball Recap: Milburn Drops Season-High Score on Oklahoma School for the Deaf

Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Milburn). They blew past the Oklahoma School for the Deaf Bison 51-27 on Tuesday. That's more bragging rights for the Eagles, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Milburn pushed their record up to 3-12 with the victory, which was their third straight at home. The wins came thanks to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 23.7 points per game. As for Oklahoma School for the Deaf, their loss dropped their record down to 4-8.

Milburn has already played their next match, a 59-36 defeat against Mill Creek on the 30th. As for Oklahoma School for the Deaf, they will square off against Paoli at 6:30 p.m. on February 4th. Oklahoma School for the Deaf is facing Paoli at the right time seeing as Paoli is stuck on a 14-game losing streak.
