Basketball Recap: Klamath Union Takes a Loss

Klamath Union lost against Henley on January 9th and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Klamath Union Pelicans came up short against the Henley Hornets, falling 56-31. While losing is never fun, the Pelicans can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Oregon basketball rankings (they are ranked 131st, while the Hornets are ranked 11th).

Klamath Union has been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four games, which put a noticeable dent in their 7-10 record this season. As for Henley, they pushed their record up to 19-2 with the victory, which was their 13th straight at home dating back to last season.

Klamath Union will head out on the road to square off against Phoenix at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Henley, they will host Marist at 5:30 p.m. on Friday.
