After flying high against Fort Scott on Monday, Ottawa came back down to earth. The Cyclones took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Bonner Springs Braves on Thursday. Ottawa's loss signaled the end of their three-game winning streak.

Ottawa's defeat dropped their record down to 3-2-1. As for Bonner Springs, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 4-1-1.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Ottawa will host Spring Hill on Tuesday. As for Bonner Springs, they will challenge Lansing at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
