            Soccer Recap: Avon Park vs. Fort Meade        
        
		
        
        
            Avon Park's game  on Tuesday was all tied up 1-1 at the half, but sadly for them it didn't stay that way. They fell  4-2 to the Fort Meade Miners. Both teams had to tread carefully at times as the refs weren't afraid to hand out yellow cards:  Juan Pablo Luevano was handed one for the Red Devils, while the Miners got theirs courtesy of  Lex Duarte.
 Daniel Dominguez-Valdez wasn't going to let Fort Meade walk away unscathed as he scored both of Avon Park's goals, bringing his season total up to six goals.
This is the second loss in a row for Avon Park and  nudges their season record down to 4-4. As for Fort Meade, the  win was  the seventh in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 7-2.
 Avon Park wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and has already played their next  match,  a  1-1  draw against Hardee on the 13th. Fort Meade has also  already played their next game,  a  6-2  defeat against Bartow on the 12th.
