Front Range Baptist came into Monday's matchup looking for another win against Denver Jewish Day, but Kaitlin Schatz wouldn't allow it. The Denver Jewish Day Tigers put the hurt on the Front Range Baptist Falcons with a sharp 42-22 win on Monday thanks to Schatz, who went 10-for-17 en route to 25 points and seven steals. She has become a key player for Denver Jewish Day: the team is undefeated when she posts at least 15 points, but 2-6 otherwise.

Another player making a difference was Bayla Milobsky, who almost dropped a double-double with 11 points and nine boards. She has been hot recently, having posted nine or more rebounds the last three times she's played.

Front Range Baptist lost despite a true team effort on offense. The best among them was Abbie VanDenBerghe, who posted seven points in addition to ten boards and three steals. That's the most steals she has posted since back in January of 2024. Hadyn Woods was another key player, putting up five points along with five assists and three steals.

The victory got Denver Jewish Day back to even at 6-6. As for Front Range Baptist, they have been struggling recently as they've lost four of their last five contests, which has put a noticeable dent in their 4-14 record this season.

Denver Jewish Day wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next game, a 30-29 win against Golden View Classical Academy on the 11th. As for Front Range Baptist, they have also already played their next matchup, a 51-28 defeat against Lone Star on the 13th.
