Baseball Recap: Sultan Turks vs. Seattle Christian Warriors
Sultan had lost seven straight on the road, but on Saturday they dropped their record down to 5-12 to make it eight. They lost 10-3 to the Seattle Christian Warriors. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Warriors this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 10-6 on Saturday.
As for Seattle Christian, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 8-7. With that win, they brought their scoring average up to 6.3 runs per game.
For Seattle Christian's part, Jack Hilburn made a big impact no matter where he played. He looked comfortable on the mound, keeping things locked down with no earned runs or hits over four innings pitched. The dominant performance also gave Hilburn a new career-high in strikeouts (two). He was also solid in the batter's box, getting on base in two of his four plate appearances with two stolen bases and two runs. Seattle Christian is 4-1 when Hilburn posts two or more runs, but 4-6 otherwise.

The Turks will take on King's at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday with a big rank disadvantage (240 vs. 117). Meanwhile, Seattle Christian (ranked 205th) will meet Bellevue Christian (ranked 54th) at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
