The Lancaster Baptist Eagles will square off against the Lone Pine Golden Eagles at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Lancaster Baptist is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 31 points per game this season.

Lancaster Baptist's defense heads into the game hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed two weeks ago. They blew past Milken 37-0. The Eagles haven't had any issues with the Wildcats recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive victory against them.

Lancaster Baptist didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off two passes before the game was over. The picks came courtesy of Camden Mordh and Peyton Langley. Langley got in on the action too, converting a pick into a touchdown.

Meanwhile, Lone Pine was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their fifth straight defeat dating back to last season. They were beaten by Mammoth 48-6. While losing is never fun, the Golden Eagles can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' California football rankings (they are ranked 70th, while the Huskies are ranked eighth).

Lone Pine's loss dropped their record down to 0-4. As for Lancaster Baptist, their win bumped their record up to 3-1.
