Softball Recap: Rolling Meadows Takes a Loss

Rolling Meadows and St. Charles North squared off in some playoff action on Tuesday, but Rolling Meadows had to settle for second. They came up short against the North Stars, falling 12-1. The Mustangs' defeat continues a trend for the squad, making it four in a row.

Rolling Meadows saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Ashlyn Ferguson, who went 1-for-2 with one run and one double.

Rolling Meadows' loss dropped their record down to 9-22. As for St. Charles North, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 21-9.

As of now, neither Rolling Meadows nor the North Stars have any future games scheduled.
