Baseball Recap: DeLand Bulldogs vs. Winter Springs Bears
DeLand had lost three games at home, but after bumping their record up to 5-5 on Thursday that streak is in the rearview. They skirted past the Winter Springs Bears 3-2. This was payback for the Bulldogs, who suffered a 10-1 defeat the last time these two teams met.

Jeremy Wright tossed a big game, pitching six innings while giving up just one earned run off two hits. DeLand is 2-1 when Wright allows two or fewer hits, but 3-4 otherwise.
