Basketball Recap: Pine Forge Academy Wins Going Away Against School Lane Charter

The Pine Forge Academy Falcons got the win against the School Lane Charter Lions on Tuesday by a conclusive 70-44. The Falcons pushed the score to 67-33 by the end of the third, a deficit the Lions cut but never quite recovered from.

Jeremiah Willis was a one-man wrecking crew as he almost dropped a double-double with 26 points and nine boards. The team also got some help courtesy of Nicholas Cooper II, who posted seven points and ten rebounds.

Pine Forge Academy has started the season off flawlessly and has a 2-0 record to show for it. The team's perfect season has a lot to do with their offensive performance: the team's won by an average of 25 points thus far. As for School Lane Charter, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-2.

Coming up, Pine Forge Academy is taking a road trip to take on Girard College at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for School Lane Charter, they will welcome Varsity Opponent at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday.
