Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Marco Island Academy). They never let the Mason Classical Academy Paladins onto the board and left with a 6-0 victory on Thursday. The high-flying offensive performance was a huge turnaround for the Rays considering their one-goal performance the contest before.

They hit Mason Classical Academy with a four-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Weslyn Villatoro (2), Cameron Mast (2), Raul Antonio-Carrillo, and Jude Platt.

The win got Marco Island Academy back to even at 5-5-2. As for Mason Classical Academy, they dropped their record down to 3-10 with the loss, which was their seventh straight on the road.

Marco Island Academy will head out to square off against Neumann at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Mason Classical Academy does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
