Volleyball Recap: East Lansing Find Success

East Lansing lost to Owosso back in October of 2022, but they didn't allow them the same satisfaction on Saturday. East Lansing came out on top against Owosso by a score of 2-0. The victory made it back-to-back wins for East Lansing.

Kennedy Thomas paced East Lansing's offense, picking up six kills. Thomas got some help from Sole Flores-Woods and her 11 assists. Amariana Means-Bowers controlled things from the service line, finishing with four aces.

East Lansing's win bumped their record up to 16-14-1. As for Owosso, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 9-22-2.

East Lansing didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 1-1 tie against Freeland on the 18th. As for Owosso, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next matchup, a 2-0 loss against Eaton Rapids on the 18th.
