Soccer Recap: Mountain View Prep Takes a Loss

Mountain View Prep was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their fifth straight loss. They lost 5-2 to the Union County Yellowjackets. Things were pretty much settled by the half as Mountain View Prep were already down 4-0.

Kaevon Washington and Henry Phillips scored both of Mountain View Prep's goals, bringing their combined season tally to five goals.

Mountain View Prep's defeat dropped their record down to 2-10. As for Union County, their win bumped their record up to 2-7.

We've got plenty of inter-region action coming up soon. Mountain View Prep will face off against rival Chapman at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Meanwhile, Union County is set to take on their familiar foe Broome at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
