Baseball Recap: Jacksonville Comes Up Short

Jacksonville was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their tenth straight defeat. They fell 6-1 to the Greenbrier Panthers. If the Titans were looking for revenge after losing 7-4 to the Panthers when the teams met back in May of 2016, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Jacksonville's loss dropped their record down to 5-15. As for Greenbrier, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 11-9-1.

Looking ahead, Jacksonville will face off against Carlisle at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Greenbrier, they will head out to challenge Maumelle at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
