Basketball Recap: Akron-Fairgrove Comes Up Short

Akron-Fairgrove lost against All Saints Central back in January, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Akron-Fairgrove Vikings had to suffer through a 46-13 loss at the hands of the All Saints Central Cougars. The Vikings have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Akron-Fairgrove's loss dropped their record down to 5-11. As for All Saints Central, they now have a winning record of 9-8.

Coming up, Akron-Fairgrove will head out to face off against Caseville at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for All Saints Central, a feisty cat fight will be fought as the Cougars challenge the Cardinals at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. All Saints Central is facing Whittemore-Prescott at the right time seeing as Whittemore-Prescott is stuck on a three-game losing streak.
