Soccer Recap: Southern Nash Finishes Even with Croatan

For the first time this season, Southern Nash was forced to settle for a draw. They and the Croatan Cougars finished up on equal footing with a 3-3 draw on Saturday. Both teams had to tread carefully at times as the refs weren't afraid to hand out yellow cards: Angel Rangel was handed one for Southern Nash, while Croatan got theirs courtesy of Chase Evans.

With that draw, Southern Nash's record moves to 1-0-1. As for Croatan, they moved theirs to 0-1-1.

Looking ahead, Southern Nash will look to defend their home pitch on Tuesday against Southeast Raleigh at 6:00 p.m. As for Croatan, they will head out on the road to challenge Jacksonville at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
