Basketball Recap: Christian Fellowship Comes Up Short

Christian Fellowship was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their 14th straight loss dating back to last season. They took a blow against the Trigg County Wildcats, falling 81-38. The Eagles were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Wildcats apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in December of 2021.

Christian Fellowship's loss dropped their record down to 0-13. As for Trigg County, their victory bumped their record up to 6-16.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Christian Fellowship will challenge Ballard Memorial at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Trigg County, they will head out to challenge Graves County at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. The timing is sure in Graves County's favor as the squad sits on nine straight wins at home while Trigg County has been banged up by eight consecutive losses on the road.
