Baseball Recap: Wiggins Tigers vs. Yuma Outlaws
Wiggins was the 13-8 winner over Yuma when they last played one another back in May of 2023, but their luck changed this time around. The Wiggins Tigers took a 9-4 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Yuma Outlaws on Tuesday. Wiggins has now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.
Wiggins saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Grayson Johnson, who went 1-for-4 with three RBI and a double. JR Meyer was another key contributor, scoring two runs and stealing a base while getting on base in two of his four plate appearances.
