Volleyball Recap: Palm Beach Gardens Comes Up Short + How To Watch

Palm Beach Gardens had lost nine straight on the road dating back to last season, but on Thursday they dropped down to 0-7 to make it ten. They lost 3-0 to the Berean Christian Bulldogs. The Gators were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Bulldogs apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in September of 2024.

As for Berean Christian, the victory got them back to even at 5-5. The win made it back-to-back victories for they.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Berean Christian to victory, but perhaps none more so than Briana Downs, who had 15 kills, four digs, and two aces. Downs has been hot recently, having posted two or more aces the last four times she's played. Olivia Gard was another key player, getting nine aces and four digs.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Palm Beach Gardens will square off against Oxbridge Academy at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Berean Christian, they will take on Clewiston at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
