Baseball Preview: West Creek Coyote vs. Hopkinsville Tigers

West Creek is 0-3 against Hopkinsville since April of 2023 but they'll have a chance to close the gap a little bit on Thursday. The West Creek Coyote will head out on the road to face off against the Hopkinsville Tigers at 6:30 p.m. The last three games West Creek has played have been within two runs, so don't be surprised if it's a close one.

On Tuesday, West Creek needed a bit of extra time to put away Northwest. They had just enough and edged the Vikings out 7-6. That's two games straight that West Creek has won by just one run.

Nathan Lucas was excellent, scoring two runs and stealing a base while getting on base in three of his five plate appearances.

Meanwhile, Hopkinsville was able to grind out a solid victory over Madisonville-North Hopkins on Monday, taking the game 9-4.
