Volleyball Recap: Debra Serano Leads a Balanced Effort to Beat Mira Monte + How To Watch

Legacy Christian Academy's game on Tuesday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Thursday. Everything went their way against Mira Monte as they made off with a 3-0 victory. Legacy Christian Academy not only won on Thursday, but they posted their biggest win since August 15th (when they won 3-0).

While Legacy Christian Academy won a shutout, things came down to the wire in the second set they played. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-19, 26-24, 25-16.

Legacy Christian Academy's win was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Debra Serano, who had 12 digs and five aces. With that strong performance, Serano is now averaging an impressive 2.4 aces per game. Miley Rubio was another key player, getting 16 digs and two assists.
