Soccer Recap: Highland Comes Up Short

While it was all tied up 0-0 at halftime, Highland was not quite Jordan's equal in the second half on Monday. They fell just short of the Beetdiggers by a score of 1-0. That's two games in a row now that Highland have lost by just one goal.

This is the second loss in a row for Highland and nudges their season record down to 2-9. As for Jordan, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 7-6.

Coincidentally, Highland and Jordan will both be playing Judge Memorial Catholic the next time they take the pitch. The Rams will host the Bulldogs at 3:30 p.m. on Wednesday, while the Beetdiggers will host them at 3:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
