MaxPreps has been selecting All-America high school football teams since 2007. Since that time, 61 first team selections have been taken in the NFL Draft.

A total of 20 All-American picks have been taken in the first round, including one player, Jadeveon Clowney of South Pointe (Rock Hill, S.C.), who was the No. 1 overall selection in the 2014 draft.

Another noteworthy group is the collection of wide receivers from the 2007 team. A.J. Green of Summerville (S.C.), Julio Jones of Foley (Ala.) and Michael Floyd of Cretin-Derham Hall (St. Paul, Minn.) were all first-round draft picks with Green and Jones achieving All-Pro status since their arrival in the NFL.

The 2007 team also had the most players selected in the NFL draft with 18 players chosen.

Following is a list of each All-American player who has been chosen in the NFL draft along with the round they were chosen, the overall selection number and the team that selected them. The list includes only players named to the MaxPreps All-American first team.
