Basketball Recap: Colony Comes Up Short in High-Profile Match with Wasilla

On Friday, Colony faced Wasilla in a battle between two of the state's top teams. The Colony Knights took a 56-45 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Wasilla Warriors. The Knights have struggled against the Warriors recently, as the game was their third consecutive lost meetings.

Colony's loss dropped their record down to 15-12. As for Wasilla, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 14 of their last 15 games. That's provided a nice bump to their 17-9 record this season.

As of now, neither Colony nor Wasilla have any future games scheduled.
