Basketball Recap: Star International Academy Takes a Loss

Star International Academy lost against Michigan Math & Science last Wednesday and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Star International Academy Falcons might be feeling deja-vu: they lost 50-38 to Michigan Math & Science, which was the same score (and result) they got the week prior. The Falcons' loss continues a trend for the team, making it three in a row.

Star International Academy's defeat dropped their record down to 11-10. As for Michigan Math & Science, the win was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 14-5.

Looking ahead, Star International Academy will look to defend their home court on Tuesday against Trillium Academy at 6:30 p.m. As for Michigan Math & Science, they will head out on the road to challenge Universal Learning Academy at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Michigan Math & Science is facing Universal Learning Academy at the right time seeing as Universal Learning Academy is stuck on an 11-game losing streak.
