Baseball Game Preview: Navarro Panthers vs. Bandera BULLDOGS

For the second straight game, Navarro will face off against Bandera. The Panthers are taking a road trip to take on the BULLDOGS at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The teams are on pretty different trajectories at the moment (Navarro has four straight victories, Bandera has five straight losses), but none of that matters once you're on the field.

Last Tuesday, Navarro beat Bandera 6-1.

Colt Brown and Austin Davidson did most of the damage at the plate: Brown scored two runs and stole two bases while going 3-for-4, while Davidson scored two runs and stole two bases while going 2-for-3. Those two stolen bases gave Davidson a new career-high. Caleb Wood was another key player, scoring a run and stealing two bases while going 2-for-4.

Navarro's win bumped their record up to 16-2. As for Bandera, their defeat dropped their record down to 9-9-1.
