Soccer Recap: Constantine Takes a Loss

Constantine came into their game on Thursday off a hard-fought close win, but unfortunately suffered a serious change of fortune. They came up short against the Buchanan Bucks, falling 7-3. The defeat continues a trend for Constantine in their meetings with Buchanan: they've now lost five in a row.

Constantine's loss dropped their record down to 1-8. As for Buchanan, their victory bumped their record up to 6-4-2.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Constantine will venture away from home to face off against Kalamazoo Christian at 5:00 p.m. on Monday. Kalamazoo Christian will roll in looking for their fourth straight win, something Constantine surely won't give up without a fight. As for Buchanan, they will head out on the road to challenge Three Rivers at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
