 Morehead put another one in the bag  on Tuesday to keep their perfect season alive. They blew past the Man Hillbillies 17-4. Morehead might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team's won eight matchups by ten  runs or more this season.
  Lucas Brooks made a big impact while hitting and pitching. He looked comfortable on the mound,   pitching two innings while giving up   no  earned runs off   one  hit. Brooks has been nothing but reliable: he hasn't  given up  a single  hit in three consecutive pitching appearances. Brooks was also big at the plate,  scoring a  run while going 2-for-3.
 In other batting news, Morehead got a  massive  performance out of  Brittyn Barnes, who  scored two  runs and  stole a base while  getting on base  in all four of his plate appearances. Another player making a difference was  Zachary Grogan, who  went 2-for-5 with four  RBI and two  runs.
 Morehead pushed their record up to 10-0 with that  victory, which was their fifth straight  at home. Those victories were due in large part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as  they  averaged 12.2 runs per game. As for Man, their  defeat was their first of the  season and makes their record 5-1.
 Morehead will challenge Logan at 10:00  a.m.  on Wednesday. Morehead is facing Logan at the right time seeing as Logan is stuck on  a  three-game losing streak. As for Man, they will be staying on the road  on Thursday to face off against Brockport at 2:00  p.m.
