Basketball Recap: Portland Adventist Academy Takes a Loss

Portland Adventist Academy lost against Westside Christian last Friday and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Portland Adventist Academy Cougars might be feeling deja-vu: they lost 30-29 to the Westside Christian Eagles, which was the same score (and result) they got the week prior. The Cougars have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Portland Adventist Academy's loss dropped their record down to 2-10. As for Westside Christian, they have been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four matches, which provided a massive bump to their 4-10 record this season.

Portland Adventist Academy will face off against De La Salle North Catholic at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Westside Christian, it'll be Battle of the Birds when the Westside Christian Eagles duke it out with the Horizon Christian Hawks at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Westside Christian is facing Horizon Christian at the right time seeing as Horizon Christian is stuck on a four-game losing streak.
