Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Sonoma Valley). They were the clear victor by a 3-0 margin over the Justin-Siena Braves on Tuesday. The Dragons better thank their lucky stars for the performance of Griffin Brophy, as he scored every single goal for his team.

Sonoma Valley's first victory this season bumped their record up to 1-7-5. As for Justin-Siena, they have been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 4-6-1 record this season.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Sonoma Valley will venture away from home to take on Casa Grande at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Justin-Siena, they will head out on the road to square off against Petaluma at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. Petaluma will be hoping to continue their three-game streak of scoring more goals each game than the last.
