Meanwhile, Caribou suffered their biggest defeat since June 15, 2024 on Saturday. They lost 21-11 to Mount Desert Island. The loss continues a trend for the Vikings in their meetings with the Trojans: they've now lost seven in a row.

Caribou's defeat dropped their record down to 5-4. As for Houlton, their loss dropped their record down to 1-5.

Houlton might still be hurting after the 16-0 defeat they got from Caribou when the teams last played two weeks ago. Can the Shiretowners avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
