Basketball Recap: Brandon Takes Down Ocean Springs in a Playoff Battle

With a playoff win on the line, Brandon rose to the challenge on Saturday. They secured a 59-55 W over the Ocean Springs Greyhounds. The victory continues a trend for the Bulldogs in their matchups with the Greyhounds: they've now won three in a row.

Braylon Barnes continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines, going 6-for-14 to rack up 29 points and seven boards. His evening made it three games in a row in which he has scored at least 16 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Elijah Morey, who almost dropped a double-double with nine points and nine rebounds.

Brandon's win bumped their record up to 18-12. As for Ocean Springs, they now have a losing record of 12-13.

As of now, neither Brandon nor Ocean Springs have any future games scheduled.
