Basketball Recap: Cherokee Takes a Tough Playoff Loss

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Cherokee can now relate to. They fell to the Abbott Panthers 44-39. The Indians just can't catch a break and have now endured three defeats in a row.

Cherokee's loss dropped their record down to 7-7. As for Abbott, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won six of their last seven matchups, which provided a massive bump to their 9-5 record this season.

As of now, neither Cherokee nor Abbott have any future games scheduled.
