It was a good run, but Fowler unfortunately witnessed the end of their four-game winning streak on Monday. They fell just short of the Grand Ledge Comets by a score of 4-3.

Fowler's loss dropped their record down to 19-8. As for Grand Ledge, they are on a roll lately: they've won 15 of their last 18 matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 24-6 record this season.
