Softball Preview: Banks Braves vs. Rainier Columbians
The Banks Braves will head out on the road to face off against the Rainier Columbians at 4:30 p.m. on Friday. Both squads will be entering this one on the heels of a big victory.
Banks is headed into the contest fresh off scoring the most runs they have all season. Their pitcher stepped up to hand Neah-Kah-Nie a 19-0 shutout on Thursday. The victory made it back-to-back wins for Banks.
Brooklynn Robinson made a big impact while hitting and pitching. She looked comfortable on the mound, striking out six batters over three innings while giving up no earned runs or hits (and not a single walk).
