Woodstock added to the longest winning streak in Division III this week by beating Oxbow, 61-13. The victory was the ninth in a row for the Wasps.

Otter Valley took down Mt. Abraham/Vergennes 49-0 last week, the largest margin of any game.

Leading the league in both passing and receiving yards, Mill River's Mark Goyette and Lincoln Pritchard have proven to be a lethal combination. Goyette has thrown for 1,057 yards this season, while Pritchard has 15 catches for 282 yards. U-32's Colby Brochu leads the league in rushing yards with 1,455.

The most important game in the league this week will be the match up between the Minutemen and Bellows Free Academy. Mill River enters the game ranked ninth in the state, while the Bullets ranks 19th.

Art Peterson's team's Goyette is a mere 48 yards away from breaking the 1,000-rushing-yards mark for the season. In 97 carries Goyette has accumulated 952 yard this year.

The top two defenses in the league will face off this season when the Otters take on Woodstock. Otter Valley has allowed 146 points this season, while Ramsey Worrell's team has given up 142. James Hill's team allowed 0 points last week as it topped the Eagles.

The Otters made the biggest jump in the national rankings this week, rising to 6,307 from 8,328. The advance stemmed from a 49-0 victory over Mt. Abraham/Vergennes last week.
