Preview: Ramsey Rams vs. Fort Lee Bridgemen

Ramsey is 10-0 against Fort Lee since January of 2015, and they'll have a chance to extend that success on Tuesday. The Ramsey Rams will head out on the road to square off against the Fort Lee Bridgemen at 7:00 p.m. Hopefully Ramsey is not getting complacent considering they own a much higher rank in New Jersey (they are ranked 52nd, while Fort Lee is ranked 253rd).

Ramsey scored the most points they've had all season to find success on Thursday. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat Indian Hills 66-24 at home. The team's offensive explosion also rewarded Ramsey with their most commanding win of the season.

Meanwhile, Fort Lee came tearing into Saturday's matchup with four straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 10.8 points) and they left with even more momentum. They strolled past Ridgefield Memorial with points to spare, taking the game 49-34.

Fort Lee's win was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Devin Jang, who scored 16 points. Jang is on a roll when it comes to points, as he's now scored 16 or more in the last four games he's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Maxwell Greenberg, who scored 13 points along with six rebounds.

Ramsey's victory was their fourth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 16-6. Those good results were due in large part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 58.0 points per game. As for Fort Lee, their victory bumped their record up to 10-13.

Ramsey was able to grind out a solid victory over Fort Lee in their previous meeting back in February of 2023, winning 50-43. The rematch might be a little tougher for Ramsey since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
