Basketball Recap: Perspectives-IIT/Joslin Takes a Loss

Perspectives-IIT/Joslin suffered their biggest defeat since December 16, 2025 on Tuesday. They were dealt an 81-34 loss at the hands of the Hyde Park Thunderbirds. While losing is never fun, the Wolves can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Illinois basketball rankings (they are ranked 352nd, while the Thunderbirds are ranked 27th).

Perspectives-IIT/Joslin's defeat was their fourth straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 7-9. As for Hyde Park, they are on a roll lately: they've won seven of their last nine games. That's provided a nice bump to their 13-5 record this season.

Perspectives-IIT/Joslin will challenge Kenwood at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Hyde Park, they will venture away from home to challenge Perspectives Leadership/Technology at 6:30 p.m. on Friday.
