Volleyball Recap: Liberty Comes Up Short

It was a proper cat-fight when Liberty duked it out with Pinelands Regional on Tuesday. The Lions took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Wildcats. The Lions haven't had much luck with the Wildcats recently, as the team has come up short the last three times they've met.

Liberty's loss dropped their record down to 11-6. As for Pinelands Regional, the victory (which was their seventh in a row) raised their record to 16-6.

Liberty didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 2-1 defeat against Barnegat on the 9th. Pinelands Regional has also already played their next game (against Wall Township), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
