Volleyball Game Preview: Tates Creek Commodores vs. East Jessamine Jaguars

The Tates Creek Commodores will take on the East Jessamine Jaguars at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday. Considering both teams were shutout in their prior games, the pair is probably coming into this one with something to prove.

Tates Creek is coming in fresh off a high-stakes matchup with another one of Kentucky's top teams: Lafayette, who was ranked eighth at the time (Tates Creek was ranked 15th). The Commodores lost 3-0 to the Generals on Tuesday. The game marked the first time this year in which the Commodores were not able to get on the board.

Meanwhile, East Jessamine was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They came up short against Casey County, falling 3-0.

Tates Creek's defeat dropped their record down to 5-4. As for East Jessamine, their loss dropped their record down to 3-6.
